Electrical strength:
1. The unit is operated at rated voltage in normal condition and the wattage shall be measured within +5%-10% of rated wattage.
2. The unit shall be capable of withstanding the 1000V hi-pot test for a period of 2S.
3. The unit must pass the DC12V/25A ground resistance test between the grounding metal surfaces of the plug. The resistance measured shall not exceed 0.1Ω.
4. Run the unit at 1.15 times the rated power. After stabilization, conduct the current leakage test on the unit and it shall not exceed 0.75mA. |
